Millwood's Landing Apartments

Lived here for seven years, would live there again if I needed to live in central Maumelle, in walking distance from everything that is Maumelle with 100+ miles of paved bike path. This is an old apartment complex (1979), but as such you get a lot of square footage customary of that time period. Their swimming pool is better than other apartments. Full six-foot-deep end, nested in rocky ground, so it stays relatively cool in hot summer. The greatest amenity to me is the reservable club room, which affords an apartment resident the opportunity to entertain guest in a neutral location.

Theresa was amazing. This new staff is awful. Per my lease I'm entitled to 2 parking spaces. I have never been given 2 spaces. To make up for this, I was told the spot closest to my building in the office lot was mine and that it would be written into my lease. So far, I've had to fight with the staff and everyone else just to have 1 parking space that is usually in the street. Parking aside, they don't fix anything here either. The water heater upstairs busted and ruined my bathroom and laundry room ceilings. I was treated like it was my fault over the phone, then they came by and painted over it. Never once did they check for mold. Save yourself the trouble, rent elsewhere.

I like it here just that I live on the second floor and have a handicap card but don't have a parking space at times they fixed my parking issue and for the past several years that we have been living here the staff has always granted my request.

I enjoyed staying at Millwood Apartments. Mrs. Teresa and staff was a blessing to me and my sons. Our experience was awesome.
