Highland Pointe of Maumelle

I absolutely loved living here!! My move in process was super quick and easy. Tripp went out of his way to get me in an apartment I loved. The duration of my residency here, maintenance was very quick to respond to any issues I had. I felt safe and at home the entire time. My patio was big enough for my furniture, and my apartment was very spacious. Thank you highland pointe team for making my first apartment experience the best!!

Living here has honestly been such a great experience. The apartments are so cute, cozy, and well-kept. Professionally cleaned before you move in. The community feels safe and welcoming, but what really stands out is the staff. Misty and Destiny have made such a difference in my time here. They’re not only professional but also genuinely kind and caring. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve handled it quickly and with such a positive attitude. It’s rare to find people who truly make you feel like more than just a resident, but they do exactly that! They make the whole place feel like home, and I really appreciate the effort and heart they put into their work. Choosing this apartment complex has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’m so thankful for Misty and Destiny

I had an annoying, beeping smoke detector. From the tine I reported it to the rime maintenance arrived was less than an hour. He was polite and absolutely efficient. He quickly resolved the issue! I'm absolutely grateful for the prompt response!

Had did a tour with complex Misty assisted me and showed me around she was very nice and helpful love what I saw hopefully I’ll be a future resident

I came in looking for a 2 bd/2 bth and was given excellent service by Cindy & Mindy! They both are so awesome and gave me a great tour of the property (which is beautiful btw)! I’m hoping to make this property my new home in the future! Definitely recommend Cindy & Mindy for their awesome customer service!! 🩷🩷
