This place is legitimately awful for the price point. We lived here for three years before it became intolerable enough to deal with the expense and hassle of moving. Seriously, for what they charge, check out the Greens or the luxury apartments down the road. Office staff is constantly turning over, but two things are consistent: they’re rude and lazy. Get used to passive aggressive emails about everything residents are doing wrong, but good luck if you need help. They are constantly closed when they ought to be open, and when they are open and answer the phone, they're rarely helpful and almost always snide. The biggest joke is, they charge you $25/mo for a mandatory service to pick up trash from your door and bring it to the ONE compactor they have on site, but that service only shows

MAINTENANCE REQUEST HANDLING Issai is phenomenal. In January he fixed my water heater and the outlets in my kitchen, just before the Winter Storm hit; and yesterday he replaced the garbage disposal that was causing a leak under my kitchen sink. He always responds within 1 business day, is SUPER polite, respectful, and incredibly patient with nosey tenants that like to bug him with questions while he's working. That boy deserves a raise!!

I’ve had an extremely frustrating and concerning experience at this apartment complex. After a 20-year-old air conditioner was replaced from inside my bathroom, black mold began developing shortly after. I submitted a maintenance request, but it took two full weeks before anyone came out to address it. I have a two-year-old child, and due to the fumes and mold concerns, I was forced to leave my own apartment for safety reasons. When the workers finally arrived, they knocked down my bathroom and closet walls to address the issue. That was three months ago…. To this day, my bathroom and closet are still not fully restored, despite reaching out multiple times for updates. Communication has been poor, and there has been little urgency shown in resolving a situation that directly affects heal

I really enjoyed my visit and tour! The office smelled so good and the area with the pond right behind was breathtaking. It very close to shopping but also tucked back enough to be peaceful. THE VIEWS ARE AMAZING!

When I moved in back in July 2025 my windows weren’t working. The contract first came to fix them December 15th and couldn’t complete the job. Another worker came to help but I had to leave the home but before I left I knew there was a few windows that needed to be fixed still. I later asked the office if they knew if all windows were complete because I didn’t want to try to own them and couldn’t close. During this time, my children were gone for break and no one had been in their rooms except the contractors. I left for the weekend to get my children and when we came back one of the blinds was broken and laying on the bed. Assuming it fell but unsure how since the home was empty. I contacted the office to explain my blinds had fell when we weren’t home and the contractor was the only pers
