Persis-Nova is a excellent Home builder! I originally was introduced to Frank & Eddie through a existing home I purchased in a development in 2010. I recently had them build us a new home on property I purchased. They walked me through the entire process. From my concept of the 5000sqft custom home I wanted to the architect up to the final cleaners before we moved in to our new home just recently. The entire crew was a pleasure to work with. They managed the entire 14 month process and all the change orders Renee & I added along the way, and still completed it on time and with-in the agreed budget! No path is without bumps, but Persis-Nova was always there standing behind there service to get it right, and made sure that we happy with the results! They were always available to answer

After initially hiring an unscrupulous builder, Persis Nova came in and completed 80% of our custom home build. Our only regret is that we did not go with Persis Nova from the beginning. Frank and Eddie were professional, knowledgeable, and honest about every aspect during the process. We had very specific ideas and they made sure they were executed flawlessly. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to build their dream custom home!

Persis-Nova Construction built our beautiful dream home in Weddington. It was our first time building a custom home and it could not have been a better experience. Their attention to detail is evident in their quality construction. Frank and Eddie were great to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone who is wanting to build a quality, high end home. PS. One last thing. We were moving into our home over Christmas and had not decorated. Frank and Eddie knew we had a young daughter. When we walked into our new home on moving day, we were greeted by a beautifully decorated Christmas tree with a few toys under it! That’s how Frank and Eddie treat their clients!

We are very happy with our custom home built by Persis-Nova! This was our first custom home and we enjoyed being able to partner with their team to build and design our home exactly the way we wanted it to look from the exterior to interior finishes.

If you are looking for a custom builder this is the right one. This is my 2nd house and they are awesome. Always on time and focuses on every detail. My first house was about 4800 sqft very complementary. My 2nd house just finished in record time and it is almost 10,000 sqft contemporary. Thank you Persis and Nova
