Perry Homes - Crosswinds 40'

I built my house with Perry here in Crosswinds, and I cannot say enough wonderful things!!! Liliya has been with me since my first meeting, and is probably the most thoughtful and helpful sales manager I have ever worked with. My construction team (Pedro, Alex, and Dakota) were also absolutely amazing! They kept me updated through the whole process, and answered my millions of questions. Their work is incredible, and my new home is a place of dreams 🥰 I’ve worked with many home builders, and this team at Perry is by far superior! I recommend to anyone and everyone who is in the market for a home :)

I cannot recommend this builder based on my experience. From the very beginning, the warranty process has been extremely frustrating. Their warranty administrators are slow to respond, and when repairs are scheduled, they often send unprofessional workers at random times who leave a mess in the house. Additionally, it’s common to experience no-shows for scheduled warranty work, only for the workers to show up days later without notice. In just one year of living in our home, we’ve encountered numerous issues. First, the foundation has a significant crack running from one side of the house to the other. Perry Homes claims this is “normal settling,” but the issue has only worsened over time. Compounding this, our upstairs floors have started creaking when walked on. Their solution was to se

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. My house is just 1 year old and already having foundation issues! Perry homes is not being proactive on addressing potential further damage. I've raised a concern last year about standing water on the yard but still not fixed up to this point and now my house has foundation issues including cracked tiles. Not a good experience for a first time home buyer. Pick a different builder if you want to live in Crosswinds!

Perry Homes – 1.5 Years In Foundation issues at closing. We flagged it, they argued “a refrigerator dropped on the tile”. The Reality: • Cracks, uneven floors, stuck doors, VERY BAD ventilation designs. Day one problems. • Warranty? Endless delays, blame-shifting, and pushback. More arguing than fixing. • Build looks good, until you live in it. Almost made the same mistake twice. We nearly closed on a second Perry home… gut said no. Backed out last minute. Best decision we made. The Good: … lol Fast builds. Shiny finishes. Poor fundamentals. Perry’s great at selling dreams, not delivering them. Never again. “We are here to support you and you are family to Perry” = Get ready for ….. nothing. 5 construction associates later.
