While living at Perinton Manor, the office staff and maintenance staff were great. . Niki and Amanda went above and beyond when ever I needed help. The same with the Maintenance team. They fix things in a timely manner and with a smile!! The location is very convenient within walking distance to Wegmans! I do recommend making your home at Perinton Manor!😀

Had some ice Infront of my side walk had put in A maintenance request and within three minutes, the maintenance guy was here salting the sidewalk. They been super great with responding quickly to maintenance request And they make sure they get the job done right the first time.

Nikki is absolutely amazing as a rental manager. As with anything, some things are out of her control but what she can help with and support with, she goes above and beyond.

Office and maintenance personnel at Perinton Manor Apartments in Fairport provided excellent customer service. We loved living there but are leaving because we are having a home built. If it wasn't for that, we would have definitely renewed our lease. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Perinton Manor Apartments.

been living at the complex for the past year, signed for another year a few months ago. we’ve been told that our “laundry room” would be updated & finished MONTHS ago, & NOTHING has been done about it. one set of laundry for 8 currently occupied apartments in our building. the basement is falling apart. the ceiling is practically sheet rock that has been cut into squares to fill the existing holes in the ceiling. the storage rooms are makeshift closets that are absolutely disgusting & need to be revised & finished all over again. this complex charges $1200 a month for THIS? ABSOLUTELY not. DO NOT recommend this complex. Save your money & go somewhere it’s worth it. Perinton Manor is awful.
