Whitney Ridge Apartments

We lived at Whitney Ridge for two years and overall found it really nice! It's conveniently located, clean, has a good pool, central air & heat, maintenance that stays on top of routine service like furnace filter changes (and excellent communication regarding those services), and lots of parking. We loved our balcony, our little entrance mail room (especially with the double set of doors for extra pet security!), the ease of contacting maintenance, the convenient site for paying rent, and the ease of trash/recycling. Our kitties loved the big windows, too, of course. We were also able to rent out a little storage area for no additional cost where we put our holiday stuff. My wife and I lived here for only a few months, and it admittedly wasn’t for us, but if you have a family or pets this is a place for you. The apartment was huge for the price, and almost every neighbor had a dog or cat. The quality of the buildings is average for a large location, parking is surprisingly limited. It’s close to Fairport and Penfield, so if you work there it will serve you- driving to the city or any other suburb was a nightmare. The property manager, Lindsay (sp?) is fantastic, she clearly works hard to ensure patrons are happy. If you’re a couple, a single person, or not a fan of dogs or kids- this isn’t a place you’ll enjoy. If you’re a family, a dog owner, or looking to get a large amount of space- you’ll be happy here.

I moved into Whitney Ridge Apartments about a month ago and so far everything is great! Julia was the deciding factor for choosing this complex over others. She went above and beyond to answer my many questions and took the time to show me several units as they became available. Yes, I came back multiple times and was always greeted with a smile. She was so kind and genuinely wanted to find the perfect unit for me. She called me the minute a townhouse became available as she knew that would be the best layout for me. We have had so much snow and the maintenance crew does an excellent job keeping the sidewalks cleared and parking lots. So far everyone I have met is super friendly. I can’t say enough positive things about this complex!

Just moved in but so far everything is wonderful. Maintenance is super friendly and easy to work with. I've never had maintenance people that both know how to solve a problem very quickly and efficiently! The apartments are absolutely gorgeous and so spacious. Community is very quiet so far and clean. Zero complaints so far. Lindsay at the front office has been so kind and easy to work with!
