Creekstone Apartments & Townhomes

My husband and I are looking to move from our house to a comparable rental property. I think we have found it at Creekstone and have put our names on the waiting list.We have friends who live there and are very happy. Marsha was very helpful answering all of our questions and I look forward to working with her once our names come up.

We just moved here from Florida a month ago. We love our apartment and the area. Everything here is so clean. The staff in the office are great. Thanks Allyson for helping us get into our apartment to make our moving date. The people I have met in the complex have been really nice and welcoming. We would recommend this complex to everyone.

I had a tour of a two bedroom two bath apartment with Marsha. She was incredibly patient and accommodating with all of my questions! I’ve been touring some other properties too and this one was most impressive, and Marsha had a lot to do with that!

Word of advice; if you're under 65, 55 this isn't the place for you. Its frowned upon if you do in unit laundry before 7AM or after 9PM. I am not retired and sometimes work late into the night, I paid a monthly rent for a unit that was advertised w in unit laundry no time restrictions. Now not so good. Dishwasher failed to clean dishes, always a film on glasses etc. Word from management clean plate of excess before putting in d/w, I cleaned filter, still dirty plates. Easier to clean by hand. Long time delay to replace inoperable appliances. Its a place for retired widows, others older >70. Not for everyday working folk who aren't on SS. 😔 😔 😔

We moved into Creekstone in Fairfport, NY in August of 2021 after relocating from CT to be near our grandchildren, daughter and son-in-law. Our experience since has been nothing short of wonderful. Townhouses are maintained in top condition. Grounds and lawns are professionally cared for. The area around Creekstone is a wonderful mix of residential suburban and unimproved woodlands teeming with wildlife, hiking trails, many species of birds. a regularly visiting Blue Heron, and an accessible stream with a natural pool, where you can view the resident fish and aquatic creatures. Residents are nice and respectful and are of all ages. Swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are great.
