Parker Place

I'm very comfortable here at Parker Place. Our apartment is tastefully attractive and convenient, especially with the garage. The location of Parker Place speaks for itself. Kelly, who manages issues as they emerge, is responsive. And problems often get fixed the same day. Everyone should take advantage of the excellent gym, which has everything one needs to stay fit. Two plus years in now and still loving our life at Parker Place. Great staff and wonderful neighbors throughout the complex. Perfect location and the amenities and activities are a real bonus!

My husband & I moved into Parker Place about 6 months ago, conveniently located on Rt. 250 & walkable to Fairport Village. We can't say enough about how pleasant & accommodating the staff is, especially Linda, Kelly & Andy. They are very responsive to any issues (minor) that we've encountered & work hard to keep everything in tiptop shape. The clubhouse is beautiful & we've experienced some wonderful gatherings there planned by the staff. It is a lovely community we would highly recommend.

My husband and I have lived in a three-bedroom ranch townhome at Parker Place in Fairport for almost a year. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the quality of the construction, lovely floor plan, and responsive and thoughtful property managers and leasing agent. Linda, Margaret and Kelly are outstanding individuals! Whenever we have had a question or needed help, they have been terrific.The location of the development is great, and the area is very walkable and pet friendly. Our neighbors are congenial and and take good care of their homes. The community center is just beautiful. Parker Place is a wonderful spot to call HOME!

We recently moved to our new three bedroom townhome, complete with finished basement and two-car garage, at Parker Place in Fairport, and we are delighted that we did. The builder, Pride Mark Homes, spared nothing in its construction. The flooring, cabinetry and appliances are top-quality, and the workmanship is impeccably beautiful. Add to that the fact that the rent is all inclusive, no extra fees for snow removal, trash pick-up, lawn maintenance, water, basic cable and wi-fi, and other amenities. The clubhouse is beautiful and well equipped, and the management team is cordial and so very helpful. We love that we are a short walk from the charming village of Fairport NY and the walking trail on the Erie Canal, making Parker Place an ideal location. Could not be happier with our dec
