It was a nice quiet place to live. My husband and I always paid our rent on time and kept to ourselves. Peggy was absoutly wonderful but when she left and Shelly took over everything went down hill. Shelly is as cheap as possible on any repairs you may need and she will harass you mercessly over just about anything including our American flag she insisted we take down. Move here only as a last resort!!

I lived here for almost eight years and my husband for almost seven. The apartments were in a good location. I liked the size of the two bedroom apartment. I liked having a garage and the washer/dryer hook up. I liked the play area for the kids by the clubhouse. Most of our neighbors were also good. The maintenance men that we had were also nice. However, there were some things that I did not like. The apartments were old and in need of repair. They only ever had one maintenance person at a time and they probably could have used more, so that might be part of the reason for poorly maintained apartments. Where to begin, was a nice place for the time crunch I was in when I moved in 3 years ago, then Peggy left and shelly took over... her communist regime started immediately... want to put a usa flag up well you can't, have kids? Well they can't ride their bikes or play with chalk out side. Park infront if your garage to unload you car not on her watch.. we moved amd while still under my rental agreement she decided to enter my apartment with no bodice to me lock all the door all while not contacting me like our rental agreement states she is all that is wrong with that place. And that's only a small sample of what happened the last year.

It has taken 2 weeks since we put in our application and still no positive confirmation on an approval. To provide frame of reference, it only took me 3 weeks to successfully pass a federal background check. This coming after the fact that my girlfriend and I have applied with THREE other rental agencies and got approved in under 24 hours here in idaho Falls. As far as we were told we were the first and only applicants to date. We’ve got the excellent credit we’ve got the excellent rental history and referrals. Between Penny here in Idaho Falls and Shelly in Pocatello can’t process a rental application to save their lives. After the first week Shelly calls to say our application is missing information but refuses to take it from me, instead insisting several times that I give it to Penny

I have been here 3 years I've paid rent on time..not caused any problems. Have certainly had crazy things happening . Recently I had issues of my rent . I paid it on the first but things happened ..I got a call from manager that my certified check want going through..with that happening I wasn't happy so I left a message on phone. If you get on wrong side of manager she knows how to yell and scream and you don't get to say anything I'm scared to do a cashier check again
