Just got done renting for years with them. They were absolutely great to deal with. Any issue was resolved very quickly and efficiently. I had a unique issue with building a home and renting. We didn’t know when the home would be done being built and they worked with this odd situation so we could have a smooth transition from renting with them to moving into our new home. I Highly suggest renting with them.

Renting under Elite rentals has been a great experience so far! Any problems we had they handled very quickly, and I feel they listened each time we had a concern. I was always very impressed with how quickly they would respond to issue on our property, even on a weekend!

Elite Rentals has been great to work with. When they took over management for our property a couple years back, the transition was seamless, and they are always quick to respond to issues and questions, whether it be through email or a text on a weekend.

We started renting from Elite Rentals in July 2025. The service and experience we’ve received so far has been top shelf. From the negotiations of our move in, to the recent maintenance request fulfillment. (Complete with new kitchen faucet!) I’m a happy tenant indeed🙂 Will continue the review as needed.
