Project manager Wayne made sure his contractors crafted our new home beautifully. After the blue tape walk through, the contractors did an amazing job with touch ups and made all of the bumps, scuffs, and scrapes disappear. We couldn’t be happier with the final product. My wife and I have owned multiple Rockwell's since 2018 and we have been pleased with the home and the buying experience each time. Our most recent purchase in December 2025 was especially impressive because the Rockwell team has been hard at work refining their already stellar end-user experience. The whole process starting with Shon in sales, to working with the designer to pick finishes, all the way through punch list and turnover was seamless and easy. You won't find a better value on a home in the east Idaho area, new construction or otherwise. We got a great deal on a beautiful home and I would recommend Rockwell to anyone looking for the same.

Just moved into my Rockwell Home on 1/20/20206. Couldn’t be happier with the build. The walk through went great, there were a few minor touch ups. And they all were fixed before closing. The communication was great with the Rockwell team. Thank you for the beautiful home can’t wait to make memories in !

Our purchase of a Rockwell Home has been seamless. We have had several questions which have all been answered timely and without issues. We are appreciative that we haven't felt like a number or just another sale while completing our home selection.

I would never buy another rockwell home in my life. We bought one last year, we had the sewer line inspected and found there was a bow for a large part of the inspection and the camera was under water. So we said we wouldn't buy the home unless they agreed to fix it. Well they signed an addendum to our contract and agreed to fix it. Well long story short they dug up the yard and a 5 year old home has settled so much that they couldn't get the proper grade to fix the line and we ended up with a sump pump in the middle of our kids bedroom. They said they pump was a permanent fix and it'd would be in the wall we wouldn't even notice it, well it ended up in the middle of the bedroom. Yes they tried to do some remodeling to somewhat make the room functional but the pump has failed 2 times in 6
