Liberty Square Apartments

This apartment is terrible!!! The apartments are overpriced for how outdated and poor the appliances are. We had our shower doors fall down during a shower where I or my husband could have been hurt. When I submit a request they only half fixed it. We left the apartment and our shower door was still swinging open. It takes so long for someone to even come take a look. I 10/10 would not recommend ever living here. They take advantage of their tenets and are very rude.

I loved living here! I seriously don’t know if I would have found a better location for my job and social life! It was great! There were a few months when they were switching over to a new management company, and it took a little bit for them to get up and running, but by the time I moved, they were pretty on top of it again. My only other complaint was that my water heater began having issues a month before I moved out, and they were still trying to fix it on my last day in there, so I was without reliable hot water for a good while. I made do, but it was a bit frustrating. Other than that, everything was amazing! Management was nice, my neighbors were nice, facilities were kept pretty clean, I never had a hard time finding a parking spot, and my deposit was returned within a month when I

Amazing community, amazing management and staff. Management is so understanding and every time I had issues the maintenance was always there to help me out. Apartments are clean, very spacious, and they allowed my emotional support dog! This was my first apartment renting on my own and I don’t think it could’ve gone better! Candace is the kindest property manager you could ask for. 10/10 recommend for anyone with family, dogs, or just living on your own! Quiet place, kind neighbors, lots of privacy too! Extremely reasonable prices especially with the crazy market.

I absolutely love the Liberty Square Community!! We had searched for awhile and were not able to find a rental that would accept our pet. They even have an awesome dog run! The management and maintenance staff are friendly and work really hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. The management team makes you feel like family and you can tell they really care about the tenants and the property. In our previous rentals it took months to get any maintenance done- and most of the time they would just never show up to fix anything. Any maintenance requests at Liberty Square have been handled so quickly and efficiently I find myself pleasantly surprised after every encounter. They keep the grounds, hallways and common areas spotless and it feels good to live in a place that is so well taken c

I found Liberty Square Apartments a little over 2 years ago. I was searching for a nice, quiet & clean environment for my elderly Auntie. This facility was just the right fit for my dear Auntie. I talk with her every day & visit her often. Her apartment is in the older building with very large rooms. She has had no problems with getting things fixed, repaired or replaced. She has plenty of room & storage. The only problem she had was when her storage unit in the parking garage flooded, she was quickly moved to another storage unit. She has been very happy with the management staff. My own interaction with the apartment has been excellent. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a very nice, clean, quiet, safe & easily accessible apartment complex.
