Paxton Place Apartments

Jenna is an absolutely outstanding Leasing Manager at Paxton Place! From the moment I walked in, she made the entire process smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly takes the time to understand what you’re looking for. Her communication is always prompt and professional, and she goes above and beyond to ensure every question is answered and every detail is handled. It’s so rare to find someone who is both personable and efficient, but Jenna is exactly that. She made my experience exceptional, and I can’t recommend her enough.

The grounds are well-maintained, it's clean, and the landscaping always looks great. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, often within 24 hours, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The unit is spacious with modern appliances. The location is convenient, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and stress-free living experience. Highly recommend!

I have had a great experience at Paxton. The property is well maintained, with nice landscaping and spotless common areas. The leasing staff is incredibly friendly and the manager is always willing to help, going above and beyond to ensure that I feel at home. Maintenance guys have also been knowledgeable and quick to respond. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live!

I’m sad to write this review because it all went downhill. As I finished my tenancy here, I would say the best thing about this place is the amenities. The gym, pool, pickleball courts, and the pet park is great! The staffs are nice in-person, but email communication with them is rough. Whenever I email them a problem, they won’t reply right away. They’ll only reply if I follow-up by calling them. They would then mention how they have seen my email, so it’s confusing why they wouldn’t respond to me? My biggest issue was how the management break agreements despite written proof. Being charged due to their staff being untrained felt UNFAIR. I’ve been emailing the manager with written evidence, but they just shut me off by pushing through with a decision they one-sidedly decided on. If a s

This community is a 10/10 for me & my friends. The staff has made it exceptionally a joy living here. Very friendly, & knowledgeable people. It is very clean & well kept. Maintenance always goes beyond to make sure my needs are met in a timely manner. Again, shout out to the hard working office staff!
