Parkway Apartments

During the year we were living here there wasn’t a lot of problems until we left. Darin the property manager wouldn’t respond to our texts when we asked him for more details about renewing the contract until we decided we weren’t renewing for one more year. And once we left they took almost all of our security deposit saying they needed to “deep clean” the apartment when we left the apartment in perfect conditions. I reached out to them trying to get an explanation but I haven’t received any respond from them yet.

Michael has been an amazing colleague and mentor. He is professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and supportive. Michael never fails to answer a call or video conference, even when he is under a sink, fixing a tenant's plumbing. He is willing to jump in where ever he is needed. Michael has been 1 of 2 of my primary trainers and I feel very fortunate to have him as a guide. Michael always put his residents and his team first.

This people will steal your security deposit for sure, with bogus explanations. You will lose most of your deposit. Darin can't keep track of much. Neighbors were locked out, called Darin who said he'd be there in 30 mins. They called again two hours later to see why he hadn't shown up. He claimed "he forgot." A-m-a-z-i-n-g!!

These apartments have been great. They may look nondescript on the outside but they are nice and clean on the inside. I moved in a year ago and the landlord had added new carpet, new paint, some new fixtures, etc. Covered parking and visitor parking off street (plus plenty of street parking). Close to highway, close to sugarhouse amenities, walking distance to columbus library, basement laundry. Landlord is very friendly. I actually moved into these apartments without viewing as I moved from out of town and out of state and they have been great.

Yep, they will keep most of your deposit, not matter what you do. They are money hungry and quite unresponsive.
