Parkview Rental Townhomes

This is our 6 years of living here and we love it! It’s so quiet so nice Carly, Emilia and the other blonde lady in the office have done so much to keep this place up! They take care you’re safe you have what you need and not having any issues they are going back and forth to keep this place one of the best in Columbus! Maintenance is sooooo responsible the first call i have made they are at the door before i hang up! We have lived to 5 different states before we got here and if i have to choose one of the safest for family and the nicest i would chose this place over and over again! Thank you guys for making us feel so comfortable living here! Note: We are family of 5 me my husband and 3 kids i would never replace this place even for the cheapest around!

I discovered this apartment complex on Facebook Marketplace and toured the community today. I was really impressed! Kaitlyn and Emilia were extremely friendly and welcoming; they took the time to answer all my questions and give me a tour of the property. The renovated townhome looked beautiful and spacious, and the amenities were clean and well-maintained. The entire place felt inviting and well-managed. This was definitely one of the best tours I’ve experienced while apartment hunting!

I’ve been living at Parkview Townhomes for almost a year, and it’s been such a great experience! The staff is friendly and has been quick with maintenance calls since they added more staff. The grounds are clean, the pool is always fun, and the neighbors are respectful. I especially love how quiet the area is and how close it is to my sons school. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe community!

I took my son to the pool. The leasing agent very rude and told me not to let my son pee in the pool. I explained to very politely he did not pee in the pool. And then said " well don't let him." I repeat it to her he did not pee in a pool. Then she snapped at me and said well I'm just saying. When I went in to talk to her boss. The leasing agent told me she was in a meeting which was not true. She then stayed at the people that were in the pool at the same time that I said he can be in pool I did not care. I told her I did not say that. She continued order me around and half attempted to apologize. Her boss cam out and was just as rude as she was Don't move in here because some of the staff it extremely rude and makes assumptions. I also had numerous repair issues that they still have no

The maintenance or owner or both are terrible here. When I went to move in they told me it was move in ready and I was in a hurry so I moved in. Paint wasn't done. Ac didn't work. They didn't even turn the hot water heater on. I had broken blinds, broken handrail to the stairs, and a broken clothes washer. I was living here almost a year and my washer was still broken. I put in a service request and at first they marked it down as completed when they never came to fix it. So I had to put it in again and no one came to fix it until almost a year later. I also had a sink that constantly leaks, again put in a service request for that was waiting so long I got water damage. When they "fixed" the washer they just took out the old one and set the new one right on top all the water damage and pee
