Park Square Apartments

I just signed my 3rd lease with Park Square in Hamburg. In this time I have never had issues with the office staff, or maintenance crew. I call for help with anything from light bulb changes to help with my washer. I get timely answers and Never feeling like I am bothering someone. I work long hours and snow removal has never been an issue. My middle schooler is happy here; we have a yard and friendly neighbors.

Stay away. Professionalism is out the window with Park Square apartments. A little background on myself. I am not the type to troll the internet writing bad reviews. It takes a lot to get me to write a bad review about a place. My wife and I bought a house this Summer (2018) after being tenants at Park Square for two years in this place. We are two young professionals and were always on time with our rent. We were quiet good tenants and do not have lofty expectations. **WARNINGS About PARK SQUARE in Hamburg, NY - They will find something to dock your security deposit on. Even on things that you cleaned! My wife thoroughly cleaned the Refrigerator and Stove. She even left a container of baking soda in the fridge and put new burner covers on the stove. They docked $100 for a "dirty stove
