Park Ridge Apartments

I lived here 9 going on to ten years...oops my bad, to long here. fortunately i will departing soon... the rent has gone up every year I been thru six managers...the kids in the apartments are mouthy and disrespectful. Not all! most of them on top of this we have garbage everywhere and its because of them as well as dog poop everywhere so when you come home you get a fresh whiff every morning and night! This place should be violated for the disgusting messes and held accountable for their actions everyone! its a health issue also the way they fix things or replace your stuff! also to those who stay up all night!!!!! tweek tweek!!! Been here over a year and it's definitely not the Greatest place but at least it keeps me and my kids off the streets. My apartment was pretty rough looking when I moved into it and very dirty. I didn't move anything into my apartment till I deep cleaned everything. This place is just raising the rent up and it's not worth it. Nothing gets fixed properly and is always just half fast and most the time you end up having to fix stuff yourself or replacing anything that should've been done before moving in. I'm trying to get my kids and myself to where we can move out and get in something better.

U know after visiting this apartment complex with my family that has lived here for the passed 3 months, me and my fiance were thinking about moving in because of how nice the apartment is, sadly we won't be leasing or renting. To explain the least the kids in the neighborhood most of them are good, but some of them have unacceptable mouths when not around their parents, as well as well the ladies both in apartments 201 and 202 have been getting together and discussing on how to get my brother and sister kicked out of this place. I honestly don't like that, everybody should have respect for one another and honestly the fact that both ladies decided they were going to take it upon themselves to bang on my brother and sisters door like they were they police to demand we turn the music down a

I live very close to these apartments. Last year I noticed a man outside almost everyday, picking up trash and making things look nice. I haven't noticed him for a while. This year however, there have been several deliquent kids, who live at these apartments, roaming around adjacent neighborhoods ringing doorbells and harassing people who are walking their dogs, etc. Loud cars sit in the parking lot playing music, and people with broken down cars parking all over the street. What's changed?? Stop renting to these low-lifes so we can keep a nice, beautiful neighborhood!!!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to say the property manager (Kathy) is absolutely amazing!! If it wasn’t for her my children would still be living in a dangerous situation. Kathy, thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
