Paces Pointe Apartment Homes

I only put this star because I had to. Paces Pointe has so much potential but management is HORRIBLE. The property manager Morgan is the most unprofessional, rudest, nastiest person I have encountered. I heard about the bad customer service before I signed my lease; but I gave the benefit of the doubt, hoping it wasn't the case. I should have listened, the apartments are nice but customer service is trash and management is the worse, Like I said, the property has so much potential and it's such a shame that it's plagued by horrible management. All of these comments about him makes me sad because it seems as though absolutely NOTHING is being done about it. The property is poorly run and deserves so much better. The condition of the roads, both entering and leaving the complex is abhorrent

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Used to be decent, but current management does NOT communicate with tenants. They lose forms, add fees at the very last minute (I had a charge added on the 4th, and received a late notice on my door on the 6th), and you are simply told you have to pay. Hopefully they don't starve me out of my apartment this year with all these ridiculous fees and extra charges 😔 Only saving grace is Ashston, who has always been friendly and tried to be helpful. Location is also great.

After living here for a year I want to give the most honest review possible. I see many negative reviews for this apartment complex but I want to bring light to it all. Every maintenance order I put in is promptly cared for. Even as far as the dog park having an escape for dogs. My dog blew out my slider door today & I got a new one within 15 mins! Ryan the head of maintenance is absolutely amazing & is there for all the residents in their time of need for fixing things. His staff is wonderful as well! I've seen people posting about roaches... Guess what?! I live on the wooded side & haven't seen any in a year, so that's just other people being angry at life, who can't pay their rent or have bad juju because of their own issues! Morgan Olds is a fantastic leasing manager. His patience with me and my family is so very appreciated and as well as his work ethic to take care of his clients as if they were his own family made me feel super taken care of and wouldn’t want another leasing manager again.

I'm a long time resident since 2018. I'm very disappointed in how some of the new staff disrespect the residents. There's a stolen car in front of building 5 that has been sitting there for months in a front parking space. I called and spoke to a rude pungent rental office person named Morgan. The car still sits abandoned with expired tags. My last lease at this dump. Don't rent here. Renovations to interior apartments have not taken place since 2004. Windows need replaced and the apartments are very old. Appliances are outdated and don't work very well.
