Outlook 16

We enjoyed our time at Outlook and were sad to leave. The apartments are spacious and have great lighting! Samantha, the property manager is friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Outlook16!

This property is an absolute joke. I worked in the apartment industry for 4 years for upstanding complexes and companies. My brother lives here on site and not only can they not even put door handles on the correct sides of the doors, or have simple maintenance issues resolved. But anytime i’ve visited the noise of the neighbors is unbearable, and the property is always covered in trash. And when there is an issue you cannot contact the onsite staff or maintenance. Not to mention their signs on the door saying a return time just for them to return an hour or two late. Waste of money, this place will NOT make you feel like home or make your guests feel welcomed. Had a leak go unresolved for days when it was first reported by email in the middle of the week. The staffing here is going to run

My wife and I have been living here since February and we have really enjoyed the new management team. As their first move-in at Parkwood, there was a bit of a disconnect with the leases being signed and used, but everyone here was really accommodating and listened well while we figured it out! It's a quiet community, good for people who like to keep to themselves; and it's clear that the staff really cares about making things as good as possible for the residents. The only reason for the 4/5 is that the trash/recycling is a bit of an inherited work-in-progress, and our two larger-sized dogs caused a good bit of tension with the neighbor below us---would definitely recommend 1st floor for any dogs 30+ lbs at this property.

I just wanted to shout out Brenna in the office as she was both extremely friendly and on top of communication making the move in process effortless and exciting.

I agree with Penny the atmosphere looking out on my balcony is nice and relaxing love the trees, wish they would take the ones out that have fallen and are resting at a 45 degree angle but nice none the less. This is where my agreement ends though. The on site manager that we have with Avenue5 managing company seems to do her best however if needs arise that are beyond her capabilities there is no other management that will communicate with you. I have had issues with record keeping in the past with previous apartments that ended with the on site manager being fired for embezzling and the record keeping is reminiscent of that. So, enjoy the relaxing, quiet neighborhood but watch your account like a hawk.
