I absolutely love this property management company as I have been a reoccurring tenant with this family owned business and never had any issues with move in or move out processes! Each home I rented was clean upon arrival & move out was seamless! Never had any delays with maintenance & any issue had the property management company was on it. Highly recommend. Super sad to go! All the properties are "as is" which means the tenant has all the responsibility. There is a section to sign saying you will not sue them.🤨 Another saying no pets. When asked Rick said, "oh! Unless you pay $350 non refundable deposit per pet.🤨 Offers NO SCRA, to guarantee you owe the rental company. 🤨 When asked about fixing the things that were broken, it washer connections, plumbing thy say the owner shows to collect checks. On one hand do what you want "Rick rentals Ott" is keeping your money no matter what. On the other the properties are not kept up or up to code. The ventilation system is non-existent and there are burn marks from whatever the previous owners using a hanging microwave. The list is to long. Save your pocketbook.. Go with a company that actually has a contractor and
