The most incompetent title company in Central Texas, they have no interest in following Last Will and Testaments from your loved ones, they decide if a legally probated Will that has NOT BEEN CLOSED is too old and they allow property to be sold by heirs when in fact the heirs don't own the property, leaving the heirs responsible for taxes on a property they never owned in the first place, that was intended as an inheritance. Not allowing a named executor to execute the wishes named in a will probated by a judge, because they (land and exchange) and their supposit underwriters feel there might be a liability by FOLLOWING YOUR MOTHER'S WILL AND A JUDGES PROBATE. There are other title companies in Central Texas that are not on such a ego trip that they won't circumvent your MOTHER'S WILL AND
