Willow Creek Apartments

I will give 110/100 when it comes to reception and putting in paper for application. Nancy is doing a great and wanderful job in there. The apartment is good so far and every where is good and quiet . Is a good place to be and definately any new comers will love it as well….

Ms. Nancy from the apartment office—I want to say how amazing and respectful she is. When I moved into this apartment, Ms. Nancy was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and really cares about the residents. She even my move into my apartment smooth. She takes time out of her office hours to help. She is very nice. If she wasn’t so helpful, I most likely wouldn’t be at the apartments. A few things were broken in my apartment, but maintenance fixed them right away and quickly. Maintenance was very nice as well.

I recommend this apartment complex. When I needed work done for my apartment, the issue was fixed right away. Mr. Omar, the maintenance guy, is amazing! Mr. Omar is very professional, respectful, and polite. He takes time to really listen to what’s going on, and he fixes things quickly, thoroughly, and completely. He even fixed other things quickly and well. I was surprised that this apartment's maintenance guy is so great! I feel really safe and comfortable living in this apartment. Hopefully, Mr. Omar stays working in this apartment complex for a long time. Ms. Nancy from the office and the maintenance team are so amazing.

Our leasing agent, Ms. Valdez, was wonderful. Very pleasant and courteous and went above and beyond with assistance. Very patient and really did go that extra mile. I can tell that living here will be wonderful from this first interaction.

One of the worst places I have ever lived. I moved into a unit that was already damaged in several places. No porch light, no living room light. They changed management 3 times in the year, their management is worthless. Upon moving out the current manager Nichole tried billing me $3500 for the damage they failed to repair prior to my moving in, which was acknowledged by their predecessor and documented. For the price, quality and entirely absent-minded front office; you're better off finding a different place to live that actually provides amenities for the same $1000/month price.
