Brookview Village Apartments

I have been on their list list for years and I'm always told they don't have anything, I can never get a update because no one ever answers the phone or returns my call yet I see other people that are not Black able to get in. I'm wonderings what is going on do they only want certain people in their? I have no eviction, credit is great and have a great rental history and I Qualify for them.🤨🤨🤨 So I got a call after this Review she was all nice said she would get back with me I call her this morning Nov 5, 2024 and again she don't know who I am now before she said she has some people who wanted to move from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms but today she in a whole new mood. We recently moved our sister into Brookview Village. She absolutely loves the Community and has already made many new friends. We also had the pleasure of meeting and working with two of the most amazing individuals during the process. Beth - the Community Manager was so welcoming and helped us through the whole process. She continues to help our sister when needed. She is one of the most compassionate and caring persons we have ever had the pleasure to meet. George - is the other person - he truly cares for all residents and goes out of his way to help anyone and everyone. He was so very nice on our first meeting and has always been helpful with all our needs and questions. We are so happy that our sister has landed in this Community. This is not a fair rental place. I was told after two years I was number 2 on the list. People have moved in and out and I never got a call for a vacancy. I was told "there is someone they're still trying to move out, not knowing that i know people who live there! I don't understand why they would do business like this. How many other seniors have been treated like this?

They changed the rules every month. Smoking on your patio to no smoking, well let's take away the thing you like to do all at once and see how it goes. Rent went up $ 57 dollars a month just like that. I have a place to go what about others that don't? They are taking away all perks away in a blink of an eye. Please don't even think about renting here. They lost the best maintenance man they ever had so that should tell you something about this place. all they care about is the money.

Great office staff, clean and neat anywhere on property, safe, quite and secure on dead end street, not a lot of traffic
