I had a great experience living at Colonial Plaza apartments managed by Dewald Properties. Moving in was smooth thanks to the helpful staff. The area was quiet and peaceful, and any maintenance requests I submitted were taken care of within hours. The team was always professional, and Trish at the front office was especially helpful and kind. I’ll definitely be moving back if I return to the area!

The area is quiet and for the most part I feel safe here, but the office staff are so rude. Just about every time I have a question they talk to you like you’re stupid. I would only recommend this place if you are desperately in need to move quickly. The maintenance guys are pretty helpful and are nice.

My experience there was very good. Mrs. Diaz treated me with warmth and kindness. Made me feel welcomed.

I’ve been here almost a year with my family. Safe place , good residents and it was an easy transition and we got to move in with ease. I have been enjoying my time here and the staff are friendly! If I ever do have any questions/maintenance which is really rare , they come and handle anything quickly.

The apartment complex is clean, safe and quiet. When you called for maintenance, the service is super fast and efficient.
