We rented a house through JR Rentals and Property Management for almost 4 years. There was some minor annoyances, main one being they gave me only a couple of hours to get the move in inspection done when I expected at least 24 hours for that, so of course I missed some things, but it worked out and they didn’t nickel and dime me out of my deposit either. They charged me for some new blinds and the carpet steam cleaning fee. Rest of my deposit I got back within a couple of weeks of notifying them of my forwarding address. So overall, pretty good experience, repairs usually got down quickly and when they didn’t it was usually a property owner paperwork hold up and not management. There was also always somebody to answer the phone during business hours. I would recommend. No serious compl
