Old Orchard Apartments

The management company here is TERRIBLE!!! They do the bare minimum and raise prices for absolutely no reason. The lock on our building has been broken for almost a year so everyone's packages get stolen and the building gets vandalized. Myself and my neighbors have been locked out of the building for hours on end with no response from even the "emergency on-call team." We have even been trapped IN the building from the door getting jammed, which is a huge fire hazard. My neighbor had to jump off his deck to go to work due to the lack of responsiveness from management. Once you complain, the leasing office and managers will ignore you. I lived on 2 Baldwin court at OLD ORCHARD APARTMENTS for 14 years! I had the most wonderful time of my life calling it my home. The apartment, the maintenance staff, the leasing office personnel, all were amazing. It was a safe and comfortable and spacious environment with reasonable rent. This property had easy access to everything for your daily needs and desires. Convenient shopping centers and professional businesses were just a few minutes away. I miss this place.

The service was old orchard are fair share quality but management is trying their best!always be vigilant to with your neighbor best makings unworthy 911 for call for noise complaint which could be resolved easy but access time and presence of neighour in apartment and length of presence in the apartment unit !my new neighbor next to s2k had a valid complaint of Making unusual movements in my bedroom connected to my bathroom when I was facing severe adverse reactions from psychological medication wrongly prescribed to me an a mental patient even though I was not mental health while working at Triple C wholesalers causing me to vomit .I explained to the new neighbor and stopped that movement but anonymous neighbor not even closest neighbor started calling useless 911 phone raising me to imm

The staff at the leasing office were very friendly, welcoming and professional. They addressed all my questions and concerns. The maintenance staff was aLao friendly and responsive in a timely fashion. I like this apartment complex thus far. I would recommend it.

Don’t don’t moving this apartment because they first you give nicely and very helpful after you move. They charge you damage carpet damage that damage those. like that better than you leave another apartment, thank you
