I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with JTL Management. My experience as a tenant for several years has been exceptional. The team at JTL Management is consistently friendly, professional, and remarkably prompt in addressing any concerns. I particularly appreciate how quickly repairs are handled, often within a day or two, reflecting a consistently top-notch service. It is truly rare to find a management company that genuinely cares about its tenants, and JTL Management consistently goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a property managed by a team that takes immense pride in their work.

My son daughter and I were past renters of a property here. We were all listed on the lease. I contacted the office yesterday to ask if a very important piece of mail had accidentally been sent to this property for me and SHARON responded with “Jesus Christ” as if I was bothering her and after I asked if she really just said ”Jesus Christ “to me she proceeded to scream so loud my son heard her in the back seat. NO ONE I mean no one should be treated this way. I was always treated as a bother throughout the 2 years renting but this takes it to a new level. I was very upset that my son witnessed this treatment of his mother most of all. It was so dramatic that my son did a previous review on his own admittedly. me and my mother called to ask about some mail that was mistakenly sent to our past rental property & sharon whos apart of the front desk answered and followed up our question with “jesus christ” as if we were bothering her as well as screaming, genuinely screaming & we were responsible renters there are no excuses for this behavior hands down the worst things i’ve heard from a place of work especially when there are disrespectful renters in this world professionalism totally went out the window ! dodge this bullet while you can.

Good people I've been renting from them since 2018. This is one of my best experiences dealing with a management company. They are there if you call them to fix things, and the appliances are top-notch. If I ever need a place to stay, I will always look to rent from JTL. People always compliment me on how beautiful the house is, and it's affordable. 😍 Thank you Joe, Joann, and Debbie; you guys are great. 🥰
