After using two different title companies in the past 6 months (one for buying and one for selling), Crown Title showed me how is should NOT be done. It takes days of emails and messages to get any sort of response on the simplest of things. The day before closing it took two of us 8 attempts to contact to get a time arranged. Though myself and my realtor were repeatedly told they had everything for closing, we found out a week AFTERWARDS that they failed to get one of the documents required. They then held a check of mine hostage until the document was provided. The document was provided last week and they're now completely non-responsive again, so I don't know if they were able to actually close the file and have released my check, or if someone's on a shopping spree. Awful experience. I
