The company is unprofessional. They don’t know what they are doing. Su Ramos, the owner, is an ignorance never respond. She is deceptive about her company’s capabilities in managing property. She will tell you about her experience, how long she has been in business and many people working for her. Yet no one has heard of her company, she has no experience in managing property, and she seems to be the only one running the show. Wish I could give -100 stars. Total bullies and liars. The person that does background checks called the lady I'm renting from saying I threw a giant party and was noisy until after quiet time and our Uhaul truck ran over a light post. We didn't have a party. We just unloaded our truck. It was after hours (completely our fault), but there was no party. Also there was absolutely NO damage on the Uhaul truck (Uhaul agreed). If we ran over a light post there would be damage on the truck.

Don't even bother applying with these people. They will keep your application fee and flat out lie about why you weren't approved. They tried to tell us the credit is the problem, in the 740's.... okay. Unreputable and embarrassing. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
