Well where do I begin. We have the best working for us. The property management is excellent, making our home a place to enjoy. Yes we still have things to get done, but we have work in progress for sure. The maintenance man is doing an amazing job with the property. He is working hard to make it a better place. Like anywhere that has lots an improvements to make it takes time. He has speed it up that process also. He is very friendly, hard working and polite. Oakview staff on point in making it a beautiful place. Thank you for all your hard work from the office to the grounds. It is noticeable and we appreciate everyone of y’all. Keep up the hard work it is paying off.

I was going to stay silent until I received a civil suit in the mail . This landlord is steady harsssing me any which way she can because I exposed her to other tenants as well as the limestone county sheriffs office.. Lived here almost 4 years never had any problems until this new landlord took over, I was washing dishes in the bathroom sink for 4.5 months , maitenence was told not to fix anything in my apartment because “I can’t be trusted” the new landlord calls the cops and makes reports CONSTANTLY! She will take cash from you for rent tell you she’s “helping” you out all while filing eviction in court having you and ur child displaced unknowingly. My washer and dryer was stolen by them she’s extremely racist and will tell all the tenants of the complex your business! Then sue you civi

Their word means nothing to them they don’t follow their lease agreement and they don’t give back deposit no matter how clean you leave their apartment and how many times they tell you they will give back your security deposit it’s all a LIE SO DON’T HOLD YOUR BREATH.
