Water Oak Apartments

I’ve lived here about a year and I have nothing but great things to say about my apartment. Stephanie is most definitely the best landlord I’ve ever had! She’s very kind to everyone, and very professional. She always speaks to my kids and asks about our day when she sees us. She’s a genuine and caring person. When I have a maintenance problem, she doesn’t hesitate to get the problem fixed!

I love living here. Stephanie is the best manager ever. She takes care of any problems you have. She is very nice and easy to talk to. The property is kept clean and is quiet. I have lived here for almost three years without any issues.

I have lived here 3 years and couldn't ask for a better property manager Stephanie is amazing at her job anytime I have had an issue with anything in my apartment she has been on it ASAP !! She is always friendly and let's you know what's going on with any and all repairs !! Anytime you go into her office she is friendly and never makes you feel like you are a bother !!

The apartment is a little dated but I can’t beat the great location and affordability. Update: After living here for 3 years, I do not recommend living here unless you are desperate for shelter. The maintenance men changed often and they would come in unannounced. The latch was removed from my door so they can have access to my unit “when needed”. My front door wouldn’t close properly and my neighbor constantly informed me that she would try to close it while I was at work. I had a leaky roof for almost a year that resulted in flooding when it would rain and mold. The mold caused my children and I to have physical and m

Stephanie is the best in her field. She truly cares for her tenants and it shows. I am not a resident there, but I do not have to be to see the hard work she puts in. If you want a great apartment and atmosphere, go see my friend Stephanie.
