Cambridge Place Luxury Townhomes

I am so disappointed with this 'establishment' and, quite honestly, offended by the 'manager', Adam Grynberg. As soon as I came across Cambridge Place, I knew I wanted to live there! It appeared to be everything I was looking for. Though it wasn't time for me to move just yet, the community stayed on my radar, with intention. Unbeknownst to me, my search would begin and end so abruptly. I had been calling the leasing office on/off for several weeks. When I say I never got an answer, I mean that literally. I would call once or twice one week, let a week or two go by, call again, leave a voicemail, time continued to go by. I'd checked reviews and the site and acquired a contact email address, again, never got a reply. It was clear I wouldn't have a chance to even inquire on applying and/or

So far, my move is going great, still in the process of moving in. Adam, Cambridge representative has been very professional, patient, friendly, and understanding of my concerns. He has kept me informed and up to date on things I need to know for my new resident. I love the residential online website, it has made financial transactions for payments, communication, and other essential info that needs to be passed on a piece of cake. Just a few small findings on the walk through, which is expected, but Adam has since been on top it and making sure my findings are taken care of. Anyway, I am looking forward to enjoying my stay at Cambridge Place a wonderful one.

Love the Townhouse, however the move in was really rough. The property manager Adam, was very disrespectful, rude and a lack of help. Literally went to the office after signing my lease to ask a few, questions, however was told by the property manager he was too busy to answer my questions to email him or schedule an appointment. Also was told we could move in on August 20th, after 12noon that the keys would be left on the counter, however he never followed through with moving in on that day. The townhouse had several deficiencies when moving in. My son is unable to take a shower in his bathroom due to no shower head. The Entrance way into the townhouse has several patches on the wall and was never painted properly, or at all for that matter. The cabinets left dirty and had to clean them.

Maintenance has done an excellent job at responding to my request. Their responses have been on the same day or the next day for repairs. Great work.

Great community. Great living space. Easy access to the growing part of Athens.
