The property manager Penny has been exceptional… she has gone over and beyond to help us every step of the way. We have been so impressed with the improvements here at Higgins. The property has made major improvements. Not only is Penny the best but Nathan in maintenance and Krista housekeeping do an excellent job. You can’t beat the customer service here. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and quite home!!!
We could not have asked for better service with this management! Penny found us the perfect place, and walked us through every step of the application process. We went back a couple times with additional questions, and Penny was so friendly and patient, answering everything. Nathan is the on-site maintenance man, and he is very sweet. This new management team is amazing. We highly recommend them and these apartments! 😊
I have only been moved in for about a week, but it seems quiet out here. Penny is great as a property manager and is always a call or text away. She made the move in process super easy. Great start to my new home
