I absolutely love it here! The property is clean, quiet, and very well-ran, as Lisa & Tyler do an amazing job in taking care of the place. Anything we needed, whether service or anything else, we received in a timely manner. Can’t say that I have any complaints. 100 percent recommend this property if you want a nice and affordable place to call home.

I have lived at this complex for several years now (before the current owners/management). The location is very convenient to just about all the main spots in Athens. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. The office manager is unbeatable ! She is very friendly and professional. She has always been quick to resolve any issue at hand as well as carrying on a friendly conversation in and out of office. Maintenance has been quick to fix whatever problems I’ve encountered. He is very knowledgeable, and has always been friendly, and well mannered when entering my home. Highly recommend!

Every day, I become more and more impressed with this place. The professionalism of the office staff has been unmatched since the beginning of my moving process. The maintenance guy here is very knowledgeable and prompt. I've had a couple of issues since I moved in three weeks ago (at the fault of renovations contractor) and they have been taken care of within minutes of submitting the work order! I love it here and would give 10 stars if I could!

If you are looking for a new place to call home.... Check out The Cleo Apartment Homes. Lisa was amazing! My husband and I relocated here from out of town and she made the process seamless start to finish. She answered any questions or concerns we had and was very responsive and on top of all maintenance request. The staff is very professional not to mention the location and apartment amenities are beautiful! Though I'm only able to give 5 stars their professionalism is a top notch 10 star review! Come on home to the CLEO LIVING!
