Southwind Apartments

Lived there for a few years. It was a great experience! a nice place to live and for me a great transition into adulthood. (When I first moved in I was in my early 20 ) they are more than just a place to rent they are a small community built off of respect, morals and kindness. Any time anything needed maintenance they were quick and fast about it I never went very long without. It's a clean complex and they are always looking for ways to improve.i would definitely recommend living there. The location is great as well. I loved being in the city without being directly in the city.10 out of 10 as far as athens apartments go in my book.

Definitely one of the best places I have ever lived. The manager is always willing to help. If anyone complains about this place I say it's probably because they weren't a good tenant. It's quiet and peaceful and great for my needs.

My family and I lived in these apartments for over 4 years. The staff was AWESOME. If we needed anything they didn't hesitate you assist us immediately. The apartments are very clean, well as clean as you kept them. No bugs, roaches, or rats! I was very pleased with Southwind.

Southwind Apartments is a great neighborhood to live in. Management provides a clean and secure home for all. Grounds are well maintained with weekly lawn care and a sparkling pool for relaxation. Apartment maintenance is kept up to date along with monthly professional pest control preventing any type of issues to arise. Southwind Apartments is a quiet family community with a Management team that continues to work hard for the peaceful and respectful neighborhood everyone can call home.

We lived at Southwind for around 2 years and it was very nice. A great amount of space for a great price! Especially so close to madison. Management lives onsite so if you have an issue it gets taken of very quickly. Pool and grounds were well maintained. Good neighbors and friendly all around. Would definitely recommend this property!
