Do not rent from these people I can’t speak on the owners of the properties, but what I can speak on is this management company. They have been terrible from the beginning. The customer service is very poor and they have shown me for the last time today that they lack integrity. I haven’t even had breakfast yet and to be accused of lying when I’m trying to explain something to the assistant manager, his name is Vincent by the way don’t let him manipulate you because that’s exactly what he’ll try to do but he has no idea what I’m talking about and because of that, he Isn’t listening he isn’t hearing what I’m saying and the fact that I have a perfectly fine washer and dryer here and have had to pay over $100 at a laundry mat because they have not come to fix the issue. I was late to my showing (that part was on me) but the interaction I had afterward was disappointing enough that I’m glad things didn’t move forward. When I called to ask if there was any possibility of coming later, I spoke with Mary, who was very rigid and unhelpful. There was no flexibility, no courtesy, and no attempt to offer alternatives. Given my work schedule and the fact that I live an hour away, the narrow showing windows already made things challenging, but the complete lack of customer service was the real issue. I had my application ready and was prepared to move forward with one of the homes, but this interaction told me everything I needed to know. Oak Tree Management provided excellent service on getting a pool lumber out to repair a leaking faucet. We really do love our management team.
