VERY rude, unprofessional & disrespectful to tenants about their concerns, very bad roach problem. Tenant’s apartments and vehicles get broken into. There’s no security or cameras. Leasing office can care less. DONT MOVE HERE

Please DO NOT ever consider moving here!!! The apartments are old and outdated. They do not clean the premises. The common areas like the hallways, stairwells and laundry rooms are disgusting. People leave their trash bags in the halls. They have roaches. I've called about this and the lady in the office told me they will not have someone come service the building because it cost too much. That's insane! The lady in the office do not care. The property owners do not care. Your neighbors (the people that live in the building with you) will steal your packages!! There are no cameras so we don't know who's doing it. I hate it here. This is the slums of Southfield! It is depressing living here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever!!!

The apartments or absolutely horrible! It’s infested with roaches and apparently worms. My sister move into these apartments 2 months ago and it’s been hell. First day her apartment was filthy the day she moved in she had to clean it they didn’t even finish painting. The whole building stank . The leasing manager is unprofessional and extremely rude, she don’t answer the phone, she don’t handle none of her business, she’s rude and nasty to tenants. The washer was filled with dirty water and mold for months. They don’t have a rent drop box for rent and you can’t take it to the leasing office you have to mail it in. Rent rent was mailed in 2 weeks early certified mail and she still received and late payment letter and the leasing lady said “oh everyone got those it’s fine”. The leasing lady

The lady in the office is very rude! She doesn't like to give any information or answer questions. She is very condescending with how she speaks. I do not recommend living here. Maintenence is trash. Upkeep is trash. Leasimg office lady is rude trash. You can do better than here. I won't be renewing

Oakridge (PO Box 269 Bloomfield hill mi) send me my money .. Know who you are dealing with when moving here .. the manager Denise is is rude and nasty .. the 26803 berg rd the building is unkept never vacuum the hall ways don’t clean the elevator .. the pictures of the kitchen cabinets I posted where that nasty when I moved in I clean them then clovers them with plastic of the one I could use the other one o tied the knobs together so no one would use .. even thought they ask for a 75$ cleaning fee .. I moved out on August 31 2025 and have not received my 1000$ deposit as of October 27 2025 .. they came up with some cockamame reason to keep half my money .. don’t expect much but somewhere to sleep because this place will never feel like home .. make sure you see the apartment your going
