Oak Park Village

I came to look at these apartments and Kate was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and helped explain in detail the lease. I had a great experience with her. I thought she was extremely polite, well put together and kind. I would highly recommend speaking with Kate if you’re looking for an apartment in the Stillwater area!

Miss Jones the property manager has been an outstanding tenant resource and advocate throughout a difficult situation. Her management kept everything streamlined and professional and interactions positive in circumstances where direct interaction with Eucalyptus Properties, the Landlords, would have been far more confrontational.

Kate is horrible. Maintenance requests never get handled. Shes extremely rude. I have a friend whom lives here and is handicapped, she is especially disrespectful to him when there isn’t someone around to advocate. A better office lady with some decency, who at least dresses like she works in an office would probably go a long way for these apartments. Although I’d steer clear anyways, all the apartments I’ve seen are infested with roaches. 🫶

Very nice place, and very nice staff. Kate is very nice and welcoming as soon as you come through the doors. And you always see maintenance and housekeeping working there butts off providing the residents the best possible service in a timely manner.

The manager Kate was very friendly. Appartment was clean. Kate made us feel valued. I highly recommend
