Oak Park Apartments in Salem

Been living here over a year now. It was good at first. Quiet, no problems. Then my ac quit working, and it too them almost a year to fix it. Now new people moved in with kids that leave bikes laying again others cars, playing with balls near cars. I’ve gotten so many scratches on my car since they moved in. This used to be a nice place to live but now I’m trying my hardest to get away from here. I don’t recommend you moving here unless you’re like these people who don’t care about others.

I lived in this great place for 8 and a half years. The managers specially Connie Minor and Brandi were very professional and attentive in any issues if there's any in my unit in those long years I was there. Plenty of parking spaces, facing every two buildings there was a huge dumpster where people can walk a few walks to throw trashes. It might help if there's a CCTV on parking to solve some other issues. Thank you so much Oak Park that I had like a peaceful place to stay and the people in the leasing office were very accommodating! Brian the maintenance man was friendly and hard working. Thank you and more power Oak Park!!!!!

Roaches in the washer and dryers. Maintenance men leave a MESS after every thing they do. Rent goes up and nothing is fixed or updated. I was there for 4 years and the first 3 years were not bad at all. It is now gone so downhill between the people moving in and nothing being updated or fixed. Everytime a new person has moved in in my building the toilet overflows which causes everyone below them to have a flooded bathroom. And they tell you that you are responsible to clean up the mess.

I just moved into these apts from out of state and the wome n in the office have made the process a breeze they are so helpful and professional. They had me moved in quickly and Michelle has been a blessing in disguise! She let me know of all the local assistants thank you hun very grateful!!! I would recommend these apts !!

Awful place to live. They find any reason to keep your deposit when you move out. The parking lot was paved then they upped the rent $300! Apartment not even worth 600 let alone 1000 for a 2 bedroom. Do not recommend.
