Such an amazing apartment to live at quiet and peaceful! The Maintenance and office manager are always very helpful and kind! Love my neighbors and community!

The whole moving process can be very dreadful. For us it was the absolute opposite due to Taylor, The manager! Her communication is AMAZING. She eased any all worries and made us feel comfortable through the whole process. Her responses were quick and through and you can tell she cares deeply about her job and the complex! Every apartment needs a manager like Taylor! Absolute GEM!!

If you want to move into a place with horrible smelly stains on the carpet and visible marks on the door from somebody using a crowbar to break in and questionable strange loud possibly not sober people hanging out at the garbage cans then this is the place for you

I’m almost completely moved out after 3.5 years. Beautiful and spacious apartment. People tend to live here for a tended periods of time- not a lot of quick turnover, which is good. Maintenance (Jake) absolutely gets 5 stars. Any time we needed something fixed, it was same day if not shortly after, bar any delay for parts needed. Air inside apartment runs hot/cold and clean, updated kitchen is refreshing. Neighbors are very easy going and friendly (minus ONE person- you’ll find out shortly after moving in). Parking can be scarce at times, like most apartments. Overall, 3.5 years well spent here. I moved here with my small daughter and I will always be grateful for the home we had there and the support we needed and received any time. Jake always did such a great job keeping the apartments

I wanted to wait until I've lived here for a few months before leaving a review. Myself and my girlfriend moved in around 3 months ago, and it has really been a great experience. Spacious, clean apartment. quiet community. Management has been great, and responsive in getting maintenance to fix any small issues we have right away. It's tucked back off of the street so no wanderers coming in. Don't let the google star rating deter you, this has been so great for me and my girlfriend. 5/5. Also, Jennifer at the office is really nice!! Edit: A year later, still awesome, Taylor is awesome. What a great hidden gem of a property.
