The HOA in this section of Chatham Park feels like a total rip-off. According to David Weekly Homes website, the Novi in Chatham Park Residential Association 2026 annual assessment is $598, billed semi-annually on January 1 and July 1, which includes the alley maintenance fee, plus an additional $78 per month for lawn maintenance, and a one-time capital contribution of $500 due at closing. If you want to join the YMCA, there is yet another separate fee. In comparison, the Vineyard section is much more reasonable, and I would rather buy a resale home from that area than deal with these ongoing costs.
