Do not move here you will regret it . Please listen to all the reviews . Unless you like living in a dump & you’re okay with cold water & mice then this is perfect for you . I literally have to step out my shower every 5 seconds to flush the toilet so the shower water can be hot. Now the sink gets hot & stays hot but the shower after 4/5 minutes is cold . Who’s taking a quick shower ? That’s unsanitary & I’m a women I need to clean my areas hood . I don’t play that foul play ! This reminds me of being back in the college dorms, which was the worst of my college experience. Who doesn’t wanna take a nice long shower after a long day ? Welp! They are breaking the law by asking for more details about my Service Dog NOT emotional support dog. The are looking at the part of the law saying im not in a wheel chair so I nees to prove more. NO WE will go to court. HERE IS how they are trying to get around the law this part. Documentation in certain situations: If the disability and the need for the service animal are not obvious, landlords may request documentation to review the accommodation request. WELL I Have MS and, a aproblem be around people without my baby,and seizure. So just because I can walk ok one day but not the next donr mean I need more proof. If the government said medical disabled WHO IS THIS people break my personal rights. Many broken down car near the school because they let one of the resident part broke down

Please please please please, do not waste your money on renting from this place! As a former tenant, I can ensure you that the negative reviews are true!!! The walls are paper thin, and I mean paper thin. You will hear everything that other tenants are doing, and I mean everything. For example, you can hear when they flush their toilets, you can hear them when they are walking up their stairs, you will hear everything to the point you might as well be roommates. Oh, and let's know talk about the infestation!!!!! you will live with mice and roaches, no matter how clean you are. I have never seen roaches so big in my life until I moved here. Please don't be fooled, the townhomes come with zero amenities!!! There is always trash around the dumpster bc people dont throw their trash in the dum

. I can honestly say I’m loving my new home. The reviews are mostly bad and some good. I thought this place will be horrible simply based on the reviews but it’s actually the opposite. Dominque is an amazing person that took her time with me and the process was easy. Everyone in the office is always nice and super helpful. The townhomes are beautiful and enough space for my family of 4. The neighborhood is pet and kid friendly. I would recommend touring the place for yourself. Please don’t base your decision on the reviews.

The landscape is nice, which allows kids a great place to play. The surrounding area has decent enough schools, a close shopping mall, and plenty of restaurants. I have not had any issues with infestation (knock on wood), but other neighbors have. There is a security company that monitors the complex, but not sure if they're worth anything because they often park in the middle of the two way parking areas blocking traffic. I've also seen them lightly harassing (following) some of the young guys that live here. Obviously, there are two sides to a story. Townhomes are smaller than apartments, which you think would be the opposite, considering you pay more for them. Also, maintenance is very inconsistent.
