Wellington Gate Apartments

I have lived at Wellington Gate for over 20 years and I have had maintenance come out for service repair and each time my response was done immediately with excellent service. That hasn't been a problem but over the last couple of years I have been concerned about the situation with mice getting out of control and I have spent a lot of money trying to get it in control but due to pets being allowed live in my building it's getting worse and due to my disability I'm stuck at home all day and is unable to move around like I use to get out and visit so I would only be home when it's time to go to bed for the night. Noice is loud and traffic up and down the stairs all the time. I barely talk to company because they hear the noise and ask why I don't complain but I'm over 70 and don't want the

I was extremely happy to see the crew sent out to dig out my car and the handicap walkway space last week. However, I was kept prisoner in my apartment for over a week waiting for someone to dig out the handicapped spot and the walkway. It wasn’t until I had reported the issue to the housing authorities and sent a scathing email to Wellington gate Apartments that it was finally taken care of. They had refused me to support for a week. Being a disabled senior citizen this made my life very difficult. I missed several appointments because of this. I was unable to get to my car or even to the parking lot. Should I decide to hire an Uber to take me to my appointments. This behavior is unconscionable.

I met Brianna on a couple of times, she's calm and friendly. She's such a pleasant lady. I will recommend her service and timely help over and over again. Thank you Brianna, you are good at what you do ❤️

This isn't the place to move to if you are disable and have mandatory medical appointments such as dialysis. You will not make it to your appointments if it snows. I called a few days ago for them to shovel a walkway from my mother's apartment to the parking lot so she can go to her dialysis appointment. Instead, they shoveled a walkway from the sidewalk to a parking spot. Of course, someone parked their car in that parking spot which blocked the pathway to the parking lot. Calling the leasing office and residential services is like talking to a brick wall. I strongly suggest finding another appointment complex if you're disabled or have medical emergencies.

latoya or toya whatever her name is-NASTY! she needs to be trained on customer service and how to speak and be more polite as the first point of contact. bc i tell you one thing with her being the face i would NOT want to live here. if you don’t like your job FIND A NEW ONE!
