Satyr Hill Apartments

The Satyr hill team is the best. So incredibly grateful for everyone. As a resident I feel valued and heard. Ms. Debbie does an amazing job maintaining the cleanliness of the property and she is always so pleasant and helpful during every interaction. Both Ms.Leona and Ms.Kim are also wonderful. Both are always so helpful and pleasant. Our maintenance team is also great! Mike always shows up and is ready to assist with any concerns. They make it worth it to live at this property.

Absolutely amazing! I lived at Saytr Hill for two years only moving away to be closer to my new job. The past two years have been amazing. The leasing office is very helpful, maintenance comes within an acceptable time, there were no issues with pest at all. I want to shout out and thank Leona, Kim and Mike for making my stay at Saytr for two years both amazing and rememberable. If you are looking for a new apartment within Parkville, definitely check out Saytr Hill. You will not regret living there at all.

Have been here for about 6 yrs now? I love it here. Quiet, clean, safe. Office is amazing, helpful and kind. Quick repairs when needed. Recent snow storm of several inches and mostly ice? The way they had it cleared, safe and ready to go was impressive! Kim and Leona are absolutely wonderful! Price and location are on point. I work an hour away but I can’t bring myself to leave!

I’m am happy to say that Satyr Hill Apartments with peak management has been by far the best place I’ve have stayed in my 30 years of living. Ms. Kim and Ms. Leona has made my experience here pleasant and they also make you feel like family. Any problems I’ve had, it was taken care of immediately and they always had a professional attitude towards everything that I have called them about. What separates Satyr Hill from other apartment complexes is Ms. Kim and Ms. Leona. But that also brings me to my next point. The maintenance team here was also spectacular. I would like to give a special thanks to the maintenance man with the dreads ( sorry I can’t remember his name). He has made me and my family’s stay here one for the books. He knows what he is doing and no matter what the problem is, h

I moved in last month and absolutely love my apartment! Leona made the entire process from the initial application to move-in so smooth and stress-free. After a frustrating search for a safe and comfortable home for my family, finding this place felt like a huge relief. The price, location, and the apartment itself have all exceeded my expectations. I genuinely feel lucky to have found it. The only downside is the parking situation, but honestly, it's a small trade-off for everything else this apartment offers.
