Update ***Maintenance said they will address the issue tomorrow Feb 10th. I appreciate a response to this review. ****************UPDATE*************** Maintenance came as promised and used moisture meter to verify it’s dry and mold free. TLDR: Office staff & maintenance are great, the neighbors are garbage. Want to pay a premium to have the nastiest neighbors in Parkville? You’ll love it here! Dog poop every 4 ft, sidewalks carpeted with cigarette butts, trash strewn around, and multiple neighbors that smoke weed inside their apt almost daily. All with zero consequence. Management has long been well aware (see years of prior reviews) and Morgan Properties ignores contact.

beware of management. the property manager lourdes acts as if she cares , whole time the assistant manager LASHAWN DELOATCH acts as if she runs the place . Lashawn is the work assistant property manager i've ever dealt with & i pray she stops being so miserable . she the worst of the worst . I wish they brought gail back , she has compassion & actual feelings . idk what's wrong with this woman . The property used to be upkept but now it's its dog poop everywhere , people smoking in the building , neighbors loud stomping over your head , never any parking . it's get worse by the day . Ever since this woman got here this property has went to shit , i wish they get rid of her soon she's weird and annoying .I had to post this under my middle name because i don't trust that management won't ret

Went to the park today and my son climbed up to the big slides as soon as he sat down to slide he screamed in pain. I ran up the slide to find wasp nests right under the slides and my son had been stung several times. The staff should be checking places like this regularly considering it’s a place for children it should be well kept very disappointed in our first experience and will not be coming back.
