Teddi also found us a buyer for the house before it even listed, which meant we never had to show our home to the general public. In fact, we only showed it once on 30 minutes notice and we got an offer that day. That's how amazing Teddi is at selling homes. Teddi was an incredible realtor, and working with her was the best decision we made in the home buying process! She is honest and sets realistic expectations, and holds your interests as a priority. She went above and beyond all the way to close. She ensured that as first time home buyers we understood every step and took many calls to explain things thoroughly. She advocated for us at the end when she knew repairs weren’t done properly, and had a contractor come to the house to assess the work done - all 24 hours before close!!! She easily could have said, sorry you have to move forward, but she went above and beyond to protect us! I cannot say enough good things about Teddi! You will not regret working with her!!
