North Pointe Apartments

I advice not to move here!. I pay almost $1600 for a 2 bedroom, on the 3rd floor, I never can get parking and they expect you to pay more for parking. The management is all over the place. The very first management slept with the tenants. She was just lovely🙄 One month you will have a ticket on your car to get towed (even though it's registered through the apartments and follows all protocols) the next month you won't be able to park and you will have 7 other cars making the same violation with no ticket. It's such chaos and back and fourth. New management now is very blunt and rude to the tenants that have been here for a while considering the chaos they have gone through with over 3 new mangments in year. I advise keep looking. My father just moved into this complex. The management team Tara and Jordan have been very professional, responsive, kind and communication has phenomenal. From the application, leasing and move in, they have made it seamless.

Tara made this moving process a breeze! Was very on top of everything and still checks in or responds super fast with any questions I may have! Maintenance man is very kind and on top of requests I’ve made! I have enjoyed living here so far.

North Pointe apartments are amazing. Its quiet and maintenance requests and resident portals are simple and easy to navigate. Handy man is very helpful and informative. After moving in on the other hand. There is no communication. You can never reach the office, and never any assistance. Would not recommend living at all. Parking is always a hassle if you own a vehicle, and if you own more than one vehicle, you'll always be walking a mile. It's not a big, rig friendly place.

Nice apartments but I hate the parking situation. Everyday is a fight for the very few parking spots available. Otherwise, you’re stuck walking a far distance because the only spots available are by the leasing office.
