North Highlands Luxury Apartments and Townhomes

Absolutely wonderful apartment complex if you’re looking to move to the Minot area. I lived here just for 4 years and the management/staff is wonderful. Katrina, Mae, and Brett/maintenance staff all make you feel at home and are always willing to help. Maintenance work orders are normally completed in less than 24 hours. The pool, hot tub, clubhouse with a patio and grill(s) make it easy to host events or just chill out with friends. The apartments are spacious with plush carpeting and decently sized kitchens. Definitely recommend, cheers!

I moved to North Highlands during the global pandemic April of 2020. The communication back and forth with the management was smooth during this process. Katrina was so helpful during my move. First day I arrived, the unit had heat on it. I moved from FL and I was delighted to find that the unit was warm when I arrived late evening. Little things like that shows me how thoughtful the management here is. The villa is beautiful. There are some things that I don’t love but I understand why they are designed the way they are since it’s a rental unit. Pros: The unit is aesthetically beautiful. Granite tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. I’d live here again in a heartbeat. The water pressure for showers were amazing. The amenities like the gym and the pool are well maintained.

Extremely friendly staff, they made the move in process very easy and were a huge help, it felt like I was being treated like family. The facilities are hands down the best I’ve seen for any apartment complex in Minot. Including pool, hot tub, gym, business center, etc. Also a huge bonus is the underground heated garage that you don’t get in other places where you usually have to walk across the street on these cold Minot winters. They also have so many different layouts for their apartments so that you can choose whichever fits you most. Overall 5/5 for facilites and 5/5 for the staff. I give this place a solid 10.

Don’t bother renting from this apartment or their parent company IMM which owns a lot of rental properties around town. The apartment itself was decent but the neighbors here are horrible and down right disrespectful. We have a baby and our he couldn’t sleep because of how loud and disrespectful our neighbors were. The apartment will not take any action to keep the noise down around the complex and they just tell you to call the police to deal with it, which we had to do many times as a result. The HVAC unit died on us multiple times and they would not fix it correctly. Pictures of the HVAC are below. It was disgusting. The apartment was probably full of black mold spores as a result.
