Office staff changed so many times i lost track of who was the property manager. They never did anything about a certain neighbor who would not keep her dogs on a leash for over a year (her dogs would charge my dog and harass her when I was taking her outside) despite multiple reports and complaints. Sewage kept backing up into my bath tub because the same neighbor was clogging the town house shared drain by flushing things down the toilet. Nothing was done. Upon moving out, they tried to keep my security deposit and charged me full price to replace a 10 year old carpet. They sent my balance to a collections company. When confronted about it they said "oops, we charged you for the wrong unit!" Then, they took 6 months to send me my security deposit.

I would give this apartment zero stars if it was an option. Poor conditions within the apartment, outdated appliances, thin walls and uncommunicative staff. Small washers and dryers cost 3 dollars a load and many of the appliances and other features either don’t work, or barely. The pool was not open for the entire summer, as it was “under construction”. Water is shut off multiple times a month WITHOUT warning. Staff was also never in office during set hours and very unprofessional. This is a bottom of the barrel apartment complex. The only positive about this place is that it’s next to the bowling alley. Would NOT recommend living here

These apartments are awesome! The ladies in the office helped my husband and I move in the same day we came to look when we moved to stillwater. We are currently renewing our lease for a second year here. The ladies in the office are amazing, so helpful and friendly. VERY maintenance requested I've had has been done within a timely manner. Its quiet and super close to shops and food. The neighbors are mostly all respectful of each other and it's in walking distance of Boomer lake, which is great since I have a little one.

All these bad reviews don't match what I experienced at all! After a change of management these apartments have completely changed the way they handle their business FOR THE BETTER!! The new property manager, Haley, is amazing!! She treats everyone like they are priority number 1 and is very good at her job! The apartments themselves are very cozy and have all brand new utilities. Maintenance requests are completed very quickly and those guys are so sweet and will do everything they can do as fast as they can to get the job done! All my neighbors were so friendly and never gave me any problems. It may be a little out of town but I can still make it to campus in 7 minutes! Definitely give it a chance!!

Horrible experience run by greedy owners who will not work with you. Gave verbal notice to an employee month and a half before move out, new employee came in afterwards and said we gave zero notice and charged us an extra month of rent without telling us. They removed access to our online account so we didn’t know we still owed anything, and our remaining balance went to collections. We paid that off and now five months later they are adding ADDITIONAL fees they “forgot to add” originally. Avoid this property if you can, they simply do not care and will try to take advantage of you.
